We partner with SF Express, DHL and EMS for shipments. After you placed your order, we will have your order prepared and dispatched within 3 business days (except for preorder items). Once your order has been dispatched, we will have the tracking code sent to you, you can use this tracking number to track delivery status at courier official website.

Exchange & return policy
We hope that you love the purchase, but understand you may not be satisfied sometimes.
We accept exchange size/style or return items within 7 days after your order being received. PRE-ORDER items can only enjoy free exchange but no refund. All returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and undamaged with labels intact and in its original packaging. Please email and give us your order number within 7 days at sherilynstudio@gmail.com / message/ WhatsApp us to make arrangement.
Buyers are responsible for all the return/exchange shipping costs, and agree to pay back shipping fee of the first shipment. Sorry that the request after 7 days from receipt of the product are not accepted.
When will I receive my refund?
On receipt of the returned product in perfect condition, We will process the refund directly to your original payment method. You should receive your refund within 14 days. We will contact you if there is an issue with your return.
